How long have you been involved in cycling? 30 years

What has been the highlight of your career? Introducing my daughter to the sport and playing a major role in her development as a cyclist.

Who has offered you the most support? A hard one to answer as there is no one single person, but defiantly, Rick Lee, Audrey Anderson and more recently Gordon Hindley

What suburb do you live in? Doulbleview

Your sporting background & past achievements: As far as a cyclist myself, nothing notable. I have generally cycled for fun, fitness and transport. Taking on coaching in recent years has been very satisfying and rewarding. I have learnt alot particularly from Rick Lee.

Most admired pro cyclist & why: Lance Armstrong. He has achieved so much in the sport.

My motto: The time trail, you against the clock and the road flat out. Only the Best win!

Favourite sport other than cycling: Body building

Why did you get involved? Cycling is a great sport and recreational activity.

What’s the best part of cycling? The freedom of riding and where riding can take you.

Proudest moment/s in your life? Been present at the birth of my two wonderful children

If I wasn’t a cyclist I would… i would spend more time at the beach and gym…

The best part about cycling is…the freedom to ride where you choose

My favourite memory during my cycling involvement was…when my daughter Jessica won her first Australian tiltle in the u15 Scratch race in 2006 at Perth

My most memorable cycling experience was when… I can eat a lot and not get fat.

The highlight of my career so far was… Brian Taylor and The Duke dropping me on the track during an argument about how to hold a rider correctly for a standing start.

Work hard.. and kick arse

One thing kids don’t listen to… their parents.

If I won a million dollars I would… would retire

The best words of advice you can give to riders is…expect the unexpected

I really wish I hadn’t… I dont do anything I wish I didnt.

If I were on a deserted island I would take the following 3 things… A cook, builder, and mountain bike

The most life changing experience I have had is…getting married

When I was younger i..didn't have an in door velodrome nearby

The country I would most like to visit/again & why is... Havn't visited another country as yet. Does Tasmania count? I've been there.
