This weeks track session is structured around IP work so all U15/U17’s and adults make sure you bring your TT bars if you have them.
Tuesday Road Conditioning Training
5pm Kings Park, Womens Memorial Car Park
Remember lights, front and rear and high vis vests. You will not be allowed to train without these.
Wednesday MCC Track Session.
This week we the coaches have some IP work planned, please bring along TT bars if you have them.
5pm Junior Beginners
6pm Beginner Adults and Intermediate Juniors

A great opportunity to gain some valuable racing experience for all abilities, please speak to one of the coaches if you are unsure if you should attend.

Saturday Road MCC Saturday Ride
Start and Finish Location: Cnr of Royal Street and Trafalgar Road, East Perth in the Car Park
Start Time: 7 a.m. Ride Time: Approx 2 hrs.
Ride Distance: Approx 50 km
Ride Pace: Between 30-35 kph
Coffee East Perth inlet (Claisbrook Cove) next to the Royal Hotel.
Saturday Junior ride
This is a training ride designed to add more ‘distance’ to our smaller juniors weekly riding program leading into the road season. It does requires a certain level of strength and skills. Shaun will speak to those who have suitable level of strength and skills with more details in the next few days.
Sunday Hills Ride (approx 1.5 hrs)
8.00, Merchant Coffee Shop, Kalamunda. All levels and abilities welcome.
MCC sessions are suitable and for all ages and levels of ability (*except Sat) and are coached by accredited CA coaches.
